Customize a wine tasting or dinner at your home.
We offer unique home wine experiences. Our trained wine specialists are available most nights to choose and present wines for an evening of 'fun and learning' with charm and professionalism. We work with you to create an unforgettable evening of wine.

Host a Wine Party! 
Almost all of you have been to or heard of a ‘jewelry’ party at someone’s home, Cardoza’s has developed a twist on these ‘Tupperware’ style home parties with Rewards for you. 

Tell your husband it’s ‘Book Club’ night! Instead of everyone reading the same book and talking about it, have everyone bring a different ‘wine’ and taste and discuss them. Save the book for next month. Contact sommelier@cardozas.com

Wine Dinners 
Whether you are a ‘gourmand’, or you hire a private chef for the evening, our resident sommelier will work with you or your caterer to present the perfect wines for your dinner. Sommelier will pour ‘tableside’ and discuss wine choices if desired.

Custom design and build-out of your dream cellar. Our team of wine professionals will help you design and build the perfect storage for your collection. From small closets to custom designed, temperature controlled walk in cellars, we will help you get the job done. Inventory evaluation, upgrading your collection, sharing tasting notes, removing some items and assisting with future purchases.

Inventory Control 
Have special wines and don’t know when to drink them? Forward a list and we will give you ‘optimum’ drinking and ageing times. 

RESTAURANT CONSULTING
BEVERAGE TRAINING AND WINE LIST DEVELOPMENT
We can help you develop a great beverage or wine program, design award winning wine lists, remove inventory, train your staff on wine, service, food and wine pairings, tailor special wine tastings and menus, create and maintain your cocktail list.
